Returns & Exchanges

At The Otaku Box, we want you to love your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn and unwashed fashion items in their original packaging. Please note that due to their exclusive nature, limited edition apparel and mystery items are eligible for exchange only in the case of manufacturing defects.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place your items back into the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and protective plastic are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
